To manage your subscription, please log in to your Freemius buyer account using the credentials sent to your registered email address at the time of purchasing the Pro version of the plugin, as shown below.

After logging into your Freemius account, click on the Renewals & Billings menu option. There, you will find all your renewal and billing details, along with options to change your current plan, cancel your subscription, update your payment method, and more, as demonstrated in the screenshot below.
